A TRIUMPHANT RETURN HOME FOR REFEREE MUKASANGA

Football Referee Salima Rhadia Mukasanga, who became the first women to referee a match in the history of African Cup of Nations, returned home to a triumphant welcome.

Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, Mukasanga was welcomed by fellow referees and the Secretary General of the Rwanda Football Federation, who presented her with flowers for a job well done in Cameroon.
